- ボディフィットネスの競技をやっています。
競技の為の筋トレは、大会で上位入賞する為の方法となる為、特別なトレーニング法が必要となります。その為、沖縄にも数多くのトレーナーがいますが、ボディビル日本チャンピオンで指導者を養成してもいる経験と知識豊富な洋司先生に2016年からずっとコーチしてもらっています。私は膝の半月板損傷、腰はヘルニア、肩はインピンジメント症候群を抱えており、関節に負担のかからない方法で、かつ結果の出るハードなトレーニングが必要なやっかいな選手です。そんな私に丁寧に関節の反応を見ながら指導して下さっています。痛みが出ない事を大前提にしながらも毎回少しずつ負荷が更新できています。
信頼できる先生に出会えて本当に良かったです。今年も大会に出場予定です。今年も成果を出せるよう身体と相談しながら進んでいきたいと思います。

- 高年齢者でも続けられる！

数年前、癌になり体力も落ちどんどん太る私に医師から体重を落とすよう告げられ食べ物でダイエットをするのではなく筋肉が付くようなダイエットを進められたのがきっかけでジムに通い出しましたが筋肉の付く運動と言ってもマシーンが多く使い方も分からず困っている時、同級生の小田川さんから声を掛けて頂きました。
色々話しリモートでパーソナルトレーニングを知り試しにお願いしました。
最初は私みたいな運動を数十年無縁な者がついていけるかな？と不安でしたがパーソナルでは無理なく私の体力に合わせた筋トレ指導を行って頂き食事のアドバイスもして頂いています。
このパーソナルがきっかけで自分自身のモチベーションも上がり体重が落ちることによりコレステロール値が高かったのですが通常になり膝の痛みも消え体も軽くトレーニングも苦にならず続けられています。
好きな物を食べても体重をコントロールできるようにもなり、リバウンドしなくなり72㎏あった体重も現在は57㎏と半年15㎏落とす事ができました。
年齢的にこれからどんどん衰える体力、筋力ですが無理せず私に合った指導を頂け鍛えることで改善されるので私はいい時期にパーソナルトレーニングできたと思っています。
肥満は癌になる1つの原因でもありますし高血圧の原因にもなるので中高年者や高年者に是非お勧めです！

- 自分の体に合ったメニューを考えてくれる
- 中学までやっていた野球で右腕が野球肘になり筋力不足にかなり悩まされていました。
そんな中、自宅トレニーングを初めてみたが何から何セット始めていいのかも分からず、元々パーソナルジムに興味があったので県内のパーソナルジムを調べていると、たまたま同じ野球肘の経験をしたトレーナーさんを見つけたのがきっかけです。(笑)
半分諦めかけていたトレーニングも今では、自分の体に合わせてメニューを考えながらしっかりと指導して頂けるので、安心感と達成感をすごく感じます！
まだまだ、成長し続けたいので目標達成に向けてこれからも頑張りたいと思います！
